Mr. Bush has achieved jury verdicts at trial of at least one million dollars in nine trials ranging from $1.1 million to $4.8 million. Mr. Bush has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts in three different jurisdictions (state courts of Iowa, Illinois and Texas). Mr. Bush achieved the largest verdict for injuries arising out of a “slip and fall” accident in the history of the state of Texas.
