Telling the Stories of Injury Victims

We achieve good results for our clients by clearly establishing liability when fault is disputed and by illustrating to skeptical juries and insurance adjusters how our clients have been harmed. We work closely with clients and their families so that we can personalize their stories in court or in settlement talks.

We routinely hire medical experts and other professionals to help support that compelling narrative. In one recent case, we commissioned a 6-foot scale model of a work site where our client had been buried alive. The cost of the display was substantial, but it cemented our argument to the jury and played a key role in winning a verdict in favor of our client. We are selective about the cases we take, and thus our law practice can confidently bear these upfront costs on behalf of our clients.

We take pride in the many large recoveries we have obtained for brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries, but the satisfaction comes from knowing that we won justice for families who otherwise would have been psychologically devastated and financially ruined by injuries that were not their fault.
